📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Handicrafto, we celebrate the “perfect imperfections” of human touch. Since every piece is handcrafted by local artisans, no two items are exactly alike.

1. The Handmade Disclaimer

Each product is unique. Variations in color, texture, and shape are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. By purchasing from us, you agree to embrace these beautiful variations.

2. Return Window

  • Domestic Orders (India): Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • International Orders: Due to high shipping costs and customs complexities, we do not currently accept returns for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take immense care in packaging (especially our Terracotta and Dhokra pieces). However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear video while unboxing the package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified via the video, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of heart (and not a defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
